Human Interest is hiring a Partner Account Manager to develop and manage referral relationships with technology, human capital management, benefit broker, CPA, and financial advisor partners in the small- and medium-sized business space. The role focuses on building strategic referral networks, generating leads, resolving partnership issues, collaborating with internal teams, and executing go-to-market and demand-generation activities. Candidates need at least two years of relevant relationship-building and quota-driven sales experience, must be located in The Bronx, and must be available to work in the field three days per week. The role offers a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 and total on-target earnings of $140,000 to $150,000, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, equity, and other benefits.
