Human Interest is hiring a Partner Account Manager to develop and expand referral relationships with technology, human capital management, benefit broker, CPA, and financial advisor partners serving small and medium-sized businesses. The role focuses on building strategic referral networks, generating leads, resolving partnership issues, collaborating with internal teams, and executing go-to-market and demand-generation activities. Candidates need at least two years of relevant relationship-building and quota-driven sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel in the field three days per week. The total on-target earnings are $120,000 to $130,000, with a base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 and variable target compensation of $65,000.
