Description
Anthropic is hiring a Partner Account Manager to build and execute a repeatable DACH partner business for Claude adoption. The role owns named system integrator and regional partner relationships, joint account plans, co-selling, partner-sourced pipeline, KPIs, customer success, and market development across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It requires 8+ years of partner, alliances, or channel experience, strong German and English communication, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. The role is based in Germany, ideally Munich, with regular travel and a hybrid policy requiring office presence at least 25% of the time. Annual compensation is €160,000–€220,000 EUR OTE, and visa sponsorship may be available.
