Human Interest is hiring a Partner Account Manager to develop and expand referral relationships with technology, human capital management, benefit broker, CPA, and financial advisor partners serving small and medium-sized businesses. The role focuses on strategic partnerships, lead generation, go-to-market and demand-generation activities, partner performance metrics, and cross-functional issue resolution. Candidates need at least two years of relevant relationship-building and quota-driven sales experience, with Salesforce familiarity preferred, and must be able to work in the Santa Clarita area three days per week. The total on-target earnings are $140,000 to $150,000, including a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 and variable target compensation of $60,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, equity, and other benefits.
