Human Interest is hiring a Partner Account Manager to develop and expand referral relationships with technology, human capital management, benefit broker, CPA, and financial advisor partners serving small and medium-sized businesses. The role focuses on strategic partnerships, lead generation, go-to-market and demand-generation activities, partner performance metrics, and cross-functional issue resolution. Candidates need at least two years of relevant relationship-building and territory sales or business development experience, a quota-driven sales track record, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel in the field three days per week from Miami. The total on-target earnings are $140,000 to $150,000, with a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 and variable target compensation of $60,000.
