Human Interest is hiring a Partner Account Manager to develop and expand referral relationships with technology, human capital management, benefit broker, CPA, and financial advisor partners serving small and medium-sized businesses. The role focuses on strategic partnerships, lead generation, go-to-market and demand-generation activities, partner performance metrics, and cross-functional issue resolution. Candidates need at least two years of relevant relationship-building and quota-driven sales experience, must be located in Orange County, and must be available to work in the field three days per week. The total on-target earnings are $130,000 to $140,000, with a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 and variable target compensation of $65,000.
