Chartis is hiring a Partner, AI-Enabled Performance Transformation, to lead AI and analytics-enabled performance transformation engagements for healthcare organizations. The role directs engagement teams, identifies high-value use cases, redesigns clinical, operational, and administrative workflows, develops and implements scalable AI solutions, defines business cases, embeds solutions in operating models, and supports business development and thought leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 10–15+ years of healthcare transformation or consulting experience, and a demonstrated track record of applying AI, analytics, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation at scale. The position offers remote work and a salary range of $250,000–$350,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus.
