Description

Chartis is hiring a Partner for its High Reliability Care practice to lead complex healthcare consulting engagements, develop and deliver HRO and physician-led performance improvement offerings, build client relationships, create proposals, and expand business. The role requires an MD or DO, extensive healthcare leadership and clinical quality experience, and strong consulting and people-leadership capabilities. Remote work is allowed, and the salary range is $250,000-$300,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: MD or DO
Required Previous Experiences: 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
Experience implementing accountability frameworks across healthcare leadership, physicians, nurses, and ancillary functions
At least 5+ years managing others in a professional services environment
Preferred Qualifications: Board certification and active or prior clinical practice
Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or quality
Experience leading physician enterprise, in- and outpatient quality infrastructures, and hospital or medical group leadership
Consulting experience in clinical transformation and quality improvement
Strong client relationship development and management
Successful proposal development and new business development
Strong personal brand and senior leadership perspective
