Description
Intuit is hiring a Partner Success Manager to own the end-to-end experience for a portfolio of high-value accounting firms. The role serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, managing implementation through renewal, driving platform adoption, resolving complex issues, conducting business reviews, supporting retention and renewal planning, and translating product feedback into roadmap insights. The position requires entrepreneurial leadership, customer success or account management experience, accounting or bookkeeping knowledge, SaaS experience, and proficiency with customer success tools and analytics dashboards.
