Google is hiring a Partner Delivery and Offsite (PDO) EHS Construction Area Manager to serve as the primary Environmental, Health and Safety authority for its Amarillo/Claude area mega-campus developments. The role leads an Owner Oversight EHS program for developer-led construction, oversees high-energy electrical hazards and arc-flash prevention, validates root cause analyses and safety audits, and manages and mentors Construction Safety Facilitators across remote project locations. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of program or project management experience, and experience with EHS program management, construction safety, infrastructure projects, and third-party delivery models. Compensation is $159,000–$230,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
