Description
The North American Mission Board is hiring a full-time Partner Development Advisor based in Florida to cultivate and steward 80–150 current and prospective donors, develop major-gift and planned-giving opportunities, identify new prospects, prepare solicitation materials, maintain Raiser’s Edge records, and build relationships with foundations and corporate giving peers. The role requires an undergraduate degree, at least five years of nonprofit fundraising experience, planned-giving experience, and approximately 60–70 days of annual travel; bilingual English-Spanish ability is preferred.
