AWS Canada Consulting Partner teams is hiring a Partner Development Manager in Toronto to manage a portfolio of strategic Global System Integrator and consulting partners across Canada. The role owns partner business plans, senior-level relationships, pipeline generation, co-sell execution, joint go-to-market strategies, partner capability development, funding and MDF investments, and cross-functional partner success. Candidates need at least six years of relevant Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting experience, five years of enterprise application modernization and migration experience, two years of data and AI experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong executive communication and strategic influence skills. The position offers a base salary of CAD 111,300 to 185,800 annually plus benefits.
