BVNK is hiring a Partner Development Manager to report to the Global Head of Partnerships and drive growth through strategic partnerships in the fintech and digital asset ecosystem. The role focuses on executive relationship management, sales enablement, identifying and executing strategic partnerships, external thought leadership, cross-functional alignment, and market analysis. Candidates need at least five years of partnership management, business development, or related experience in blockchain or fintech, along with knowledge of blockchain, stablecoins, DeFi, and digital assets. The position offers hybrid working and a USA salary range of $190,000 to $230,000.
