MongoDB is hiring a Partner Development Lead based in Gurugram, India, to lead GTM and co-sell workstreams with AWS for MongoDB Atlas. The role owns partner-sourced pipeline, revenue attainment, enablement, AI-focused sales plays, and cross-functional coordination with internal and partner teams. Candidates need strong AI/ML and hyperscaler knowledge, proven pipeline or revenue quota performance, end-to-end partnership negotiation experience, and at least five years of direct or partner/channel sales experience in enterprise software.
