Scale is hiring a senior Partner Development & Alliance Manager to own strategic public-sector partner relationships across Defense, the Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian markets. The role focuses on joint go-to-market planning, alliance development, partner-sourced pipeline generation, CRM and channel operations, federal capture pursuits, compliance, and executive representation at public-sector events. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of federal contracting and procurement, familiarity with AI/ML, and the ability to hold or obtain a U.S. security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required for cleared federal work.
