ServiceNow is hiring a Partner Development Manager to develop and scale AI-led Built On ServiceNow managed services and platform-based solutions with strategic Service Provider partners. The role involves shaping multi-year growth strategies, identifying whitespace opportunities, guiding solution deals through discovery and launch, presenting AI-enabled solutions to partner executives, and structuring deals with finance, legal, and other stakeholders. Candidates need extensive enterprise IT sales and partner experience, including complex solution selling, platform and AI knowledge, consultative selling, and re-platforming managed services onto SaaS solutions.
