Description
Smartsheet is hiring a Partner Enablement Manager to execute its AMER partner enablement program, supporting partner success across onboarding, ongoing development, certification, training, communications, and technical enablement. The role involves facilitating learning sessions, managing partner portal content, tracking certification metrics, addressing enablement requests, and collaborating with partner account managers and cross-functional teams. It reports to the Manager, Global Partner Experience & Enablement in the United States, requires residence in Costa Rica, and is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica.
