CAIS is hiring a dual-hatted Partner Experience Analyst to own partner relationships, service delivery, escalations, platform configuration, data and workflow analysis, issue support, and cross-functional delivery projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree, client-service or platform-configuration experience, and strong communication and analytical skills; the Analyst level is for 0–2 years of experience and the Associate level for 3–5 years. The position offers a hybrid in-office model, with a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 annually for the Analyst and $101,000–$125,000 annually for the Associate.
