Description

Caylent is hiring a fully remote Partner Funding Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end operational workflow for AWS and Anthropic funding programs. The role maintains client records and funding documentation, prepares and validates invoices, monitors program requirements and deadlines, coordinates approvals and stakeholder communication, and supports AWS Partner Development Managers, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams. The position offers a base salary of CAD 71,000–88,000 per year, 100% remote work, and no visa sponsorship.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, revenue operations, billing, finance operations, or administrative support
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Experience processing invoices or financial documentation
Experience supporting sales, project managers, and delivery teams
Claude skills and project knowledge
