Ocado Commercial is hiring a Partner Growth Executive for its European Partner Success Team to support partner retailers in growing their online grocery businesses through the Ocado Smart Platform. The role combines e-commerce, marketing, trading, customer experience, and growth analytics to develop and implement growth strategies, optimise webshop configuration, improve customer acquisition and retention, and drive order volume and profitability. The executive will manage partner relationships, translate growth objectives into prioritised initiatives, support roadmap governance, and monitor adoption of growth-enabling features.
