Rundoo is hiring a Partner Growth Manager based in Redwood City to own and grow its partner and co-op channel, including roughly twenty partner relationships, a referral program, co-marketing campaigns, collateral, and partner-sourced pipeline. The role builds and manages partner relationships, negotiates rate cards and packages, enables Account Executives with partner data, runs vertical campaigns, and reports to the Head of Marketing. It requires hands-on partner marketing, referral-program experience, CRM and spreadsheet skills, and the ability to travel to partner markets and events. The position offers a $131,000 base salary, $150,000 on-target earnings, equity, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
