Description

The Corporate Payments Partnerships Team is looking for a Partner Growth Specialist to increase tech/SaaS and AP automation partner activation and transaction volumes. This role involves being a subject matter expert on WEX, collaborating with internal teams, empowering external clients, simplifying complex solutions, and accelerating deal closures.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: managing partner growth, meeting aggressive volume targets, and guiding complex sales cycles to successful completion.
Strong understanding of complex solution selling and financial services, with prior experience in digital payments, corporate cards, or virtual cards.
Experience with AP automation or accounting platforms, including the ability to articulate the operational benefits of automated reconciliation and data delivery.
Preferred Qualifications: High emotional intelligence with the flexibility to adapt to various partner cultures while establishing trust and accountability across all levels—from technical leads to C-level executives.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead joint sales presentations, simplify complex technical concepts, and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
