Elastic is hiring a Partner Manager to build and manage its channel ecosystem across the Central and Eastern European market. The role recruits, enables, and supports strategic partners; drives partner-sourced revenue through joint business planning and campaigns; manages distributor partnerships; negotiates channel contracts; and develops an Elastic Stack practice with priority partners. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on channel-partner experience, expertise in building channel organizations, experience growing pipeline, channel-agreement negotiation experience, and familiarity with security, observability, GenAI, search, or big data markets. The role offers a base salary plus variable component, with typical on-target earnings of 284,600–450,200 PLN, health coverage, flexible scheduling, and regular travel.
