ServiceNow is hiring a Partner Manager to own the health, performance, and strategy of assigned partners within a territory. The role manages the partner lifecycle, develops and inspects pipeline, supports deal progression, expands into new markets and buying centers, creates joint go-to-market plans, coaches partners, and tracks performance and project delivery. It requires 5–10+ years of partner management, alliances, or ecosystem experience, along with AI integration, executive communication, matrixed-organization, and partner-led sales experience.
