Description
Sequen is hiring a Global System Integrator Partnerships Manager to identify, launch, and manage relationships with major system integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, BCG, Slalom, and IBM. The role owns the full partner lifecycle, including sourcing, agreement structuring, joint go-to-market and delivery plans, co-selling, practice development, co-marketing, and performance tracking against pipeline and revenue targets. The position requires at least five years of partnership experience with a SaaS or AI startup, a bachelor's degree or comparable experience, and the ability to build complex partner relationships and internal activation processes. The role offers a competitive base, bonus and commission, and meaningful equity.
