IntouchCX is seeking a Partner Operations Analyst to support business process outsourcing operations across the Philippines, India, and Latin America. The role involves collecting and analyzing BPO agent performance metrics, identifying trends, forecasting staffing levels, preparing stakeholder presentations, supporting coaching and product launches, and extracting production data from CRM, dialer, and reporting platforms. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of contact center experience, preferably two years in a product or operations environment, managerial experience focused on data analytics and operations, and strong Google Workspace, presentation, organizational, and customer-experience skills.
