DOOR is hiring a Partner Operations & Success Manager to lead the operational lifecycle of strategic B2B2C partner programs, from evaluation and pilot through launch, ongoing performance, expansion, and service-provider readiness. The role manages partner relationships, escalations, onboarding, SLAs, revenue and profitability, operational workflows, and cross-functional initiatives, while requiring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least seven years of relevant experience.
