Supabase is hiring a Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational and technical backbone of its Partnerships function. The senior, hands-on role will design and maintain partner technology systems, attribution models, dashboards, onboarding and tiering programs, deal-registration processes, internal tools, and performance reporting; contribute to partner segmentation and incentive strategy; and serve as a cross-functional operational leader. The position is fully remote, offers equity, health benefits, and other professional development benefits, and requires at least seven years of relevant partner or revenue operations experience.
