Description
Ascertain is hiring a fully remote Partner Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of approximately 10–12 Partner Operations Associates and Senior Associates. The role oversees coaching, performance management, career development, hiring, scheduling, attendance, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, operational standards, and staffing or operational risks. It requires at least five years of healthcare operations experience, two years leading or supervising operational teams, and experience with performance management, interviewing, onboarding, and healthcare payer operations; experience with athenahealth and/or NextGen is preferred.
