Wave is hiring a Partner Operations Representative to support payment integrations and partner operations in The Gambia. The role manages escalated support cases, payment tickets, collections, user communications, outage escalations, and coordination with support, product, and engineering teams. It is a permanent, office-based position in Kotu requiring a university degree in IT, finance, or a related discipline, at least two years of comparable customer service or back-office experience, basic technical knowledge, strong organization, and fluency in English and local languages.
