Description
Wave is hiring a Partner Operations Team Lead to supervise and coach Partner Operations Representatives, plan schedules, resolve escalated partner cases, interpret Sigma charts, coordinate with customer support, product, engineering, finance, compliance, and other teams, and communicate partner requirements and announcements. The role is based in the company office in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, with possible travel to field locations, and requires fluency in English, French, and a local language, a bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline, at least four years of comparable partner operations, customer service, or back-office experience, and at least two years of team-lead experience.
