Description
Pigment is hiring a Partner Readiness Manager specializing in the EPM market to serve as the technical backbone of its Partner Alliance organization. The role partners with Partner Account Managers and Partner Sales Managers to enable Global and Regional System Integrators, develop technical enablement and onboarding programs, support strategic account discovery and proof-of-concept scoping, and act as a technical liaison for complex implementations. Responsibilities include advanced multi-dimensional modeling, data pipelines, ERP and CRM integrations, legacy EPM migration, AI-assisted modeling, and mentoring internal technical teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of highly technical consulting or solution architecture experience in the EPM or business planning space, and proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and API-driven enterprise integrations.
