EDMO is hiring a full-time Partner Relations Manager to build and maintain relationships with district and community partners, lead partnership development and onboarding, support program operations, manage site spending and vendor contracts, supervise Senior Program Managers, and drive performance improvements and revenue opportunities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, four years of relevant experience including supervisory experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel five days per week across Richmond/Hercules, Sacramento, and potentially the East Bay. The position offers a salary of $83,000–$85,000 and medical, dental, vision, life AD&D, paid time off, and other benefits.
