Peak Technologies is hiring a Partner Service Manager to manage and optimize service delivery through external third-party contractors and TST partners. The role oversees contractor performance and SLAs, develops competitive project pricing and Statements of Work, promotes service contracts and billable revenue, improves Field Nation platform utilization, and leads training and process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree or related experience, contractor and pricing experience, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to supervise direct and indirect reports.
