ServiceNow is hiring a Partner Solution Engineer for its Partner Design Studio. The role acts as a pooled, forward-deployed technical authority helping technology partners design, validate, and scale AI-native solutions on the Now Platform. Responsibilities include leading FLIGHT design workshops, defining reference architectures and reusable patterns, reviewing complex integrations and AI/agentic scenarios, assessing security, scalability, and upgrade survivability, mentoring partner teams, and supporting AI-focused go-to-market alignment. The position requires 8+ years of solution architecture, technical sales, pre-sales, or similar experience, strong cloud platform architecture expertise, partner-facing solution design experience, and knowledge of AI and design thinking; travel may be up to 25%.
