Description
Glean is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical expert for strategic partners, including VARs, GSIs, SIs, cloud partners, and ISVs. The role leads workshops and enablement, develops reference architectures and reusable technical assets, supports partner-led production deployments, and advises on agent development, custom connectors, integrations, and platform extensibility. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of technical experience, production AI/LLM/agent-system experience, strong coding and cloud skills, and 25–50% travel. The position is hybrid in San Francisco, California, with three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $200,000–$250,000 annually plus medical, vision, dental, and other benefits.
