Credable is hiring a Partner Success Associate to drive the success of its digital financial products in Kenya and related markets. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role manages strategic relationships with banking and telco partners, develops product strategies, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, performs financial modelling and risk assessment, monitors KPIs, and uses customer feedback to improve product delivery.
