Description
The Partner Success Engineering Manager will lead a partner-facing engineering team of Solutions Engineers, translating complex data platforms and analytics capabilities into measurable business outcomes for Apple's manufacturing, operations, hardware engineering, and AppleCare organizations. The role involves shaping partner analytics roadmaps, guiding solution architecture, enabling self-service adoption, establishing success metrics, and communicating business value to executive stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, at least four years of engineering or technical partner/customer success leadership experience, and at least eight years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, technical product management, or solutions consulting, along with strong knowledge of modern data ecosystems and cloud platforms.
