Ocado Group is hiring a Partner Success Manager to serve as the primary operational and platform liaison for assigned OSP partners. The role manages partner performance, operational readiness, go-lives, deployments, roadmap engagement, change governance, adoption, risk escalation, and commercial support across fulfilment, supply chain, and last-mile operations. Candidates should have retail or logistics experience, familiarity with continuous improvement and project management frameworks, strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills, and cross-functional partnership experience.
