ServiceNow is hiring a Partner Technology Architect to serve as the primary strategic interface for Global and Strategic Regional partners. The role combines pre-sales technical excellence, solution strategy, partner business development, AI-first innovation, and go-to-market leadership to help partners build, scale, and monetize enterprise technology offerings. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong executive presence, partner-growth expertise, and familiarity with enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows. The role does not perform platform configuration, development, solution delivery, contract management, or day-to-day partner relationship management, and requires travel of up to 50%. Base pay is $134,250–$221,550 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
