Axon is hiring a Technical Lead for Strategic System Integrator Relationships to serve as the technical lead for assigned strategic system integrator relationships and the customer opportunities they bring. The role works across Axon, partners, and end customers to understand requirements, shape solutions, support the full sales cycle, enable reusable partner plays, and maintain trusted technical relationships. It is remote from Warsaw, Poland, with approximately 40% travel across Central and Eastern Europe, and requires at least three years of customer-facing technical experience, English and Polish fluency, and comfort working across vendors, partners, and customers.
