ServiceNow is hiring a Partner Technology Architect to serve as the primary strategic interface for assigned global and regional partners. The role combines pre-sales technical excellence, solution strategy, partner business development, AI-first innovation, and go-to-market leadership to help partners build, scale, and monetize enterprise technology offerings. Responsibilities include technical discovery, executive briefings, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept leadership, architectural validation, AI-enabled workflow design, and coordination with internal specialist teams. The role does not perform platform configuration, development, solution delivery, commercial contract management, or day-to-day partner relationship management.
