ServiceNow is hiring a senior Partner Technology Architect for its Autonomous Workforce Practice. The role provides deep technical and business expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SPM to co-create AI-enabled workflow architectures with partners, lead strategic proofs of concept, support competitive positioning and migration strategies, enable partner architects and presales teams, and connect autonomous-workforce solutions to measurable operational and employee-experience outcomes. The position requires substantial presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience, executive engagement, partner ecosystem experience, and expertise in enterprise service management and AI-enabled operations; travel may be up to 25%.
