Description

The Partnership Development Manager will report to the Director of Archiving & Data Services and drive business and partner development for Internet Archive’s digital archiving, open access, and web and data services. The role owns lead cultivation, product demos, trials, training, quotes, proposals, partner success, retention, community management, outreach, CRM and reporting, grant seeking, and revenue growth targets. It is a remote-first position requiring significant overlap with Pacific Time colleagues, 10–20% travel, and U.S. citizenship or work authorization. The role requires at least three years of relevant partnership, business development, user support, sales, or product management experience, with preferred nonprofit, library, cultural heritage, remote-team, CRM, and open-source technology experience.
