Wellhub is hiring a Partner Director to lead the Partner team across Portugal and Spain, with the role based in Spain. The position oversees team performance and development, leads strategic partnerships from outreach through launch, manages key accounts, drives sales targets and OKRs, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and supports regional leadership and culture. Candidates need commercial and new-business experience, leadership experience, corporate sales experience, Salesforce management experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort with regional travel; Portuguese is a plus.
