Description
The Tax Senior, Partnerships role advises clients on partnership taxation, including Section 704(b) allocations, taxable income and capital account maintenance, liability allocations, Section 734(b) and 743(b) adjustments, and Tax Receivable Agreement calculations. The position also supports research, tax consulting, client relationship management, process improvement, and the development and supervision of interns and associates. A bachelor’s degree is required, while relevant tax experience, partnership or private equity experience, and professional credentials are preferred. The national salary range is $73,500 to $131,250.
