Binance is hiring a Partnerships & Growth Manager to lead offline community activations, local partnerships, creator and KOL collaboration, and growth-focused engagement in Turkey. The role covers end-to-end event execution, budget and supplier management, local ecosystem development, KOL onboarding and performance follow-up, community campaigns, SWAG inventory, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, strong Turkish-market knowledge, fluent Turkish and English, and strong execution and stakeholder-management skills; the arrangement may vary depending on the business team.
