Clara is hiring a Partnerships Expert to build and operate its accountant and VAR channel in Brazil. The role owns demand generation, partner recruitment, commercial offers, enablement, onboarding, partner performance, and channel analytics, with a player-coach approach to closing deals and scaling the program. It requires at least five years of relevant partnerships, channel, or business development experience in Brazil, knowledge of the Brazilian accounting and SMB software landscape, and a hybrid work arrangement based in São Paulo.

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, channel, or business development building an indirect motion with accountants, accounting firms, VARs, or SMB software partners in Brazil
Experience establishing a partner program with tiers, incentives, enablement, certification, and a referral or co-sell engine that generated measurable demand
Experience demonstrating partner-sourced pipeline and transaction or subscription growth through an indirect channel
Preferred Qualifications: Analytical skills with Metabase, spreadsheets, SQL, or Python
Experience with N8N, Slack integrations, or similar automation tools
Hands-on HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience with reliable partner-sourced attribution
