Southern Cross Austereo is hiring a Partnerships Manager for its Brisbane sales team to develop, secure, and manage strategic sponsorship and partnership opportunities for B105 and Triple M 104.5. The role covers end-to-end sponsorship delivery, stakeholder relationship management, integrated activations across on-air, digital, social, events and promotional channels, contract and budget management, reporting, and partnership strategy. Candidates need experience in partnerships, sponsorships, events or marketing, strong relationship and project-management skills, and the ability to deliver commercial and revenue outcomes. The position offers a base salary plus superannuation, KPI, phone and car allowance, a nine-day fortnight trial, training, wellbeing and parental leave benefits, and salary-packaging options.
