HiBob is hiring a remote, permanent Partnerships Manager to build and scale its partner ecosystem across EuroWest, with Spain and Portugal as the primary focus. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, enabling, activating, and growing strategic partners; developing joint go-to-market plans; managing partner portfolios; and generating pipeline and revenue. Candidates should have 4–7+ years of relevant experience, strong Spanish and English skills, an existing Spanish business-network, and experience driving measurable commercial outcomes.
